The nurse that came to my home was very helpful and reassuring and answered all my questions and made me feel safe. They were sensitive to my level of discomfort and were especially helpful in instructing me to negotiate barriers in my home. I was able to exercise without fear of being pushed beyond my capabilities.
BUT… I KNOW FOR A FACT… that two of our other cna’s are doing it. I’ve reported this to our BOM, PCM, and even the ED. I seriously feel like this is not being taken seriously. Saying they are working 9-11 hours a day when they aren’t. I have been very happy with the care provided by Alpine. We have seen a couple caregivers over the many months in working with Alpine, and each caregiver has been very patient and provided exceptional care for my husband.
I am very appreciative of the extra care and attention to details they take in providing care for my husband. We did a lot of good for the clients that we had. Most of care givers worked there butts off to make sure that we provided the clients' with everything that they needed and wanted.

Your organization did a fine job providing services to my Dad. I was impressed particularly by the supervisor who took extra time to orient the change of shifts for the nurses providing one-on-one care. She also responded quickly several times to a need for one-on-one care for him on very short notice.
